MONORAIL AND DOUBLERAIL SYSTEM

MONORAIL SYSTEM

Monorail hoisting systems consist of a single bridge girder, two rails, heads, two track girders, and a hoist to lift the load running on the bridge girder. The ends run on the rails that are fixed to the beams of the track. It is one of the most profitable equipment for medium and heavy loads. Monorail cranes offer the most flexibility for coverage area and movement control. Because it is installed on top of the factory, a single girder crane takes up the least floor space and encounters the fewest obstacles in its range of motion. After so many years of effort, our company has successfully become the first-tier single girder crane manufacturer. The single girder crane can be modified to meet changing demands. The operation of this type of equipment is quite flexible. Monorail systems can use either wire rope hoists or chain hoists which are used more in lighter applications and for projects where cost is a deciding factor.

DOUBLERAIL SYSTEM

Double is stronger! If you need to transport heavy loads over 5 tons across large areas or have a heavy job then double girder overhead cranes are your first choice. Due to various main girder connection options, the double girder bridge crane integrates well into different new or existing ship or shelter structures.

They can be used in any capacity where an extremely high hook lift is required because the hook can be lifted between the beams.

Double girder overhead cranes can be equipped with maintenance platforms below the engines, on the rigging or on the entire span of the roller girder. It can be offered for a wide range of spans, lift heights and speeds customized to your application. They can also be supplied with several lifting carriages that move on the same bridge or auxiliary lifting mechanisms on the main carriage.
By moving the hoist with the load on two beams, the gravitational and wind loads will be better distributed.
